Why we built a recruitment platform from scratch.
For years, we worked as ERP and business automation professionals — implementing systems, streamlining operations, and fixing inefficient workflows across industries. During that journey, we worked closely with recruitment and staffing agencies of all sizes.
And we kept seeing the same problem.
Recruitment agencies were spending huge amounts on software that still forced their teams to manage hiring through spreadsheets, WhatsApp chats, emails, and disconnected tools. The bigger the team grew, the more expensive the software became — per-user pricing, complex onboarding, hidden feature costs, long implementation cycles.
